College Security report: July 12-22, 2012

July 12

5:50 p.m. — Security responded to a fire alarm system activation at Weston House. It was determined that the alarm had been caused by a hot water pump failure. Maintenance and was notified of the situation.

July 13

No activity was reported.

July 14

10:55 p.m. — Security responded to a trouble alarm activation in the woodshop of Alexander Hall. The alarm was determined to be false and was reset.

July 15

7:14 p.m. — Security discovered the main automatic gate at Lathrop was unsecured. Security patrolled the facility and then secured the gate.

July 16

11:59 p.m. — Security discovered the north side door to Lucas Theatre was unsecured. Security patrolled the building and then secured the door.

July 17

10:38 p.m. — Security discovered the main door to Keys Hall was unsecured. Security patrolled the building and then secured the door.

July 18

9:02 p.m. — Security discovered two dorm rooms at Barnard Village were unsecured. Security patrolled the dorms and then secured the doors.

July 19

No activity was reported.

July 20

No activity was reported.

No activity was reported.

July 22

7:50 p.m. — Security responded to an alarm at a room in The Terrace. The alarm was determined to be false and was reset.

10:38 p.m. — Security discovered the rear maintenance door to Arnold Hall was unsecured. Maintenance was notified of the open door.
