The 2017 Marine Corp Air Station Beaufort Air Show hosted close to 100,000 guests this weekend to showcase Naval aviation at its best. The air show presented a public demonstration by the United States Naval Flight Demonstration Team, the Blue Angels.
The Air Station’s mission is to promote the Marine Corps and Navy recruiting efforts and to demonstrate the abilities and full force of the military. U.S. Marines give the annual show to the general public at no cost as a way of thanking the members of the surrounding area who support the men and women of the military.
