President Obama will visit Savannah Tuesday, March 2 as a part of the White House to Main Street Tour. He’ll spend the day in Savannah to meet with “workers, small business owners, and local leaders to share ideas for for continuing to grow the economy and to put Americans back to work,” said the White House in a press release.
The tour started in December in Pennsylvania, and in January he traveled to Ohio. He is scheduled to make other stops in the country “over the next several months where he will spend a day with members of the community and share ideas for rebuilding our economy for the long term.”
