College Security Report: July 14-21, 2008
July 14
8 a.m.— Security responded to a medical assistance call at physical resources on Lathrop Avenue. Emergency medical services was notified.
1:10 p.m.—Security responded to a vehicle accident involving two SCAD owned vehicles in the Dyson House parking lot. There were no injuries reported. Police responded to the scene, but did not generate a report number. Each driver was given a Safety Responsibility Accident Report.
July 15
2 p.m.—Security responded to a medical assistance call at Crites Hall. A SCAD faculty member was responsive but unaware of her location. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported the individual to Memorial University Medical Center.
5 p.m. —A SCAD staff member reported to security that someone had broken the passenger side window of her vehicle and had taken a small wallet containing $50. She stated that she had parked her vehicle in the Keys lot at 2:30 and that the wallet was missing when she returned at 5 p.m. Police responded to the scene and generated a report.
July 18
3:05 a.m.—Security responded to an alarm activation at Arnold Hall. Security conducted a foot patrol of the area and reset the alarm.
July 21
8:15 a.m.—Security responded to medical call at Physical Resources. A SCAD employee was complaining of chest pains. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported the individual to Memorial University Medical Center.
