9:15 p.m. — Security discovered the front door to Keys Hall was unsecured. A patrol of the building was conducted and then the door was secured.
11:20 p.m. — Security discovered the temporary construction gate at Alexander Hall was unsecured. Extra patrols of the area were conducted until the gate could be secured in the morning.

8:25 p.m. — Security responded to an alarm at Hamilton Hall. The alarm was determined to be false and was reset.

7:05 p.m. — Security discovered the main entrance to Pulaski House was unsecured. Security patrolled the building and then secured the door.
10:10 p.m. — Security discovered the temporary construction gate at Alexander Hall was unsecured. Extra patrols of the area were conducted until the gate could be secured in the morning.

5 p.m. — A SCAD student reported to security that he had left his backpack unattended in the first floor hallway of Hamilton Hall and that it was missing when he returned three hours later. The student did not want to file a police report.
Aug. 29
3:59 a.m. — Security discovered graffiti damage on the north side of Lucas Theatre. Maintenance was notified of the damage.
5 p.m. — Security discovered the Charlton side emergency door at Poetter Hall was unsecured. Security patrolled the building and then secured the door.
7:04 p.m. — Security discovered the front door to Pulaski House was unsecured. Security patrolled the building and then secured the door.
8:28 p.m. — Security responded to a trouble alarm at a room in Abercorn Terrace. The alarm was determined to be false and was reset.
9:15 p.m. — Security responded to a vehicle accident involving a non-SCAD individual at Gulfstream. Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police responded to the scene and handled the incident.
Aug. 30
5:58 a.m. — The security vehicle parked at Gulfstream was broken into and a digital camera was taken from the vehicle. Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police responded to the scene and issued a report.
Aug. 31
3:36 a.m. — Security observed Savannah-Chatham Metro Police pull over a SCAD student and administer a field sobriety test near Boundary Village. The police arrested the student and issued a report.
8:50 p.m. — Security responded to a trouble alarm at a room in Abercorn Terrace. The alarm was determined to be false and was reset.
9:38 p.m. — Security discovered the front doors to Café SCAD were unsecured. Security patrolled the building and ordered extra patrols until the doors could be secured.
9:59 p.m. — Security responded to an alarm at Hamilton Hall. The alarm was determined to be false and was reset.
10:50 p.m. — A SCAD student reported to security that he had lost a set of keys. The student was informed that he would be contacted if anyone turned in the keys to security.
Sept. 1
2:09 a.m. — Security discovered the front gate at Corbin Hall was unsecured. Security patrolled the area and then locked the gate.

No activity was reported.
Sept. 3
8 p.m. — Security was notified of an off-campus student arrest that occurred on the night of Sept. 1. A SCAD parent called security because they wanted the college to be aware of the incident that involved her daughter and another SCAD student at her off-campus residence. Savannah-Chatham Metro Police had responded to the scene the night of the incident and issued a report.
