September 1

2:40 p.m. — A SCAD student reported to security that her bike seat had been stolen while her bike was locked to the Student Center bike rack. The student stated that she secured the bike to the rack at 4 p.m. Aug. 30 and the seat was missing when she returned on Sept. 1. She did not wish to file a report with Police.

4:50 p.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Dyson House. The alarm was not able to be reset and the item was placed on the maintenance log.

September 2

4:10 a.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Boundary Village. A patrol of the area was conducted and nothing out of the ordinary was discovered. The alarm was silenced and reset.

9:27 a.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Boundary Village. A patrol of the area was conducted and nothing out of the ordinary was discovered. The alarm was silenced but was unable to be reset.

9:50 a.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Boundary Village. A patrol of the area was conducted and it was determined that the alarm was caused by dust from construction and painting. The alarm was silenced but was unable to be reset.

11 a.m. — An Ex Libris employee reported to security that her car had been damaged while parked at Ex Libris between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sept. 1. The employee was informed that she would have to fill out an SR13 form with Savannah-Chatham Metro Police.

September 3

4:10 a.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Boundary Village. A patrol of the area was conducted and nothing out of the ordinary was discovered. The alarm was silenced and reset.

September 4

12:12 a.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Montgomery Hall. Upon arrival at the building, the alarm panel read “All Systems Normal”.

12:05 p.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Barnard Village. Security was not able to reset the alarm and the alarm was placed on the maintenance list.

September 5

3:32 a.m. — Security responded to a smoke detector alarm at Abercorn Terrace. The alarm would not reset and the item was placed on the maintenance log.

11:35 p.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Barnard Village. A patrol of the area was conducted and nothing out of the ordinary was found. The alarm was silenced and reset.
