2:55 p.m. — Security discovered graffiti on the fence by Bobbie’s Diner. Pictures were taken and maintenance was notified.
4:51 p.m. — Security responded to a “trouble” alarm at Abercorn Terrace that would not reset. The item was placed on the maintenance log.
7:52 p.m. — Security discovered the front door to Old Arch Hal unsecured. A patrol of the building was conducted and the door was secured.
9:12 p.m. — Security responded to an “intrusion” alarm at River Club. A patrol of the building was conducted and no problems were discovered. Sonitrol was notified.
December 3
11:06 p.m. — Security responded to an alarm at Abercorn Terrace. When security entered the room and conducted a search it was determined that the alarm was false.
December 4

December 5
4:23 p.m. — Security responded to fire alarm at Boundary Hall. After security and the resident director inspected the room, it was determined that the alarm was false.
December 6

December 7
5 p.m. — Security discovered the lobby door to Streamliner Dinner unlocked. An interior patrol of the area was conducted and the building was secured. The manager of Streamliner was contacted.
6 p.m. — Security responded to fire alarm at Boundary Hall. When security entered the room and conducted a search, the alarm was determined to be a false alarm.
December 8
1:01 a.m. — Security received a call from ABM Janitorial Services, reporting a fire behind Eichberg Hall. Savannah Fire Department was contacted. Upon arrival SFD determined that two metal boards were smoldering causing smoke. The fire department used a water canister to extinguish the smoke.
December 9
7:09 p.m. — Security responded to a fire alarm at Boundary Hall. Security and Savannah Fire Department entered the room and conducted a search. The alarm was determined to be a false alarm.
2:14 p.m. — Security responded to an alarm at Abercorn Terrace. Security entered the room and conducted a search. Security determined the alarm was false and it was then reset.
December 10
1:40 p.m. — Security responded to a fire alarm at Boundary Hall. Security entered the room and conducted a search. Security determined that the alarm was false. Security was able to reset the alarm.
December 11
2:38 p.m. — Security observed a broken window at the rear of Adler Hall on the second floor. The broken window was placed on the maintenance list for repair.
