Dancing Dogs Yoga Studio will be holding its third annual open house this Saturday. The open house not only consists of a day of free yoga, but their sister company Beetnix Superfood and Juice Bar will be there as well serving food and drinks.
The studio offers over 34 Yoga, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga classes each week and is a Baptiste Inspired Affiliate Studio.
Dancing Dogs Yoga Studio was founded by Shelley Lowther in 2010 and opened in Savannah last February. The studio wanted to create a different type of yoga community based on the outreach of others, service in the community and daily practice of the principles that yoga teaches you.
“Yoga is a holistic practice for anybody who wants to improve anything from their body to their lifestyle and it has these beautiful spiritual elements woven throughout that nourish your soul,” said Dancing Dogs instructor Melissa DeLynn.
The open house is for all levels of experience and has been abbreviated to accommodate those who are just wanting to get a feel for it. Dancing Dogs Yoga Studio’s main purpose is to bring together the community and empower their students on the mat.
The open house is this Saturday, Jan. 16, and they will be holding classes from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Free classes are based on availability and the studio’s schedule. You may sign up for a specific class time, by going to their website.
