District is partnering with Desotorow Gallery, Inc. to present the film “Veer.”
Greg Fredette wrote and directed the film, which portrays bicycle culture in the Pacific Northwest. The film follows five people as they deal with the personal struggles and other challenges of the bicycle social movement.
The film was the official choice of the Victoria Film Festival along with many other nominations and awards.
“Veer” will be shown at 9 p.m. at River Club on March 4.
River Club is located at 3 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
SCAD Radio will also be presenting a screening of “Died Young, Stayed Pretty” at 7 p.m. on March 4 before “Veer”
The film screening is a part of Desotorow’s Spoked: Bicycle Art and Culture Festival.
