Eco Entertainment runs on people power

Downtown Savannah is spotted with bars and more than its fair share of environmentally savvy residents.

Pedals Eco Entertainment is a marriage of the two. You ride a bike that literally runs on people power, and are you’re able to drink on-board until 10 p.m in a pub crawl across downtown. But no one likes to drink alone. That is why these bikes seat up to 15 friends along with a driver and host.

Of course, students under the age of 21 will have to wait before getting to experience this. But for those of you who are of age, this is not a bad way to spend a night with friends. And in this case, the more the merrier and the easier — moving around isn’t so hard with more sets of legs pedaling.
