St. Paul’s presents “Collected Works by Harriet Speer” in Shipps Gallery at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 34th and Abercorn streets. Harriet Speer is a native of Augusta, Georgia who followed her Masters in Library and Information Sciences with a stint as a reference librarian at SCAD, where she now teaches English as a Second Language.
