Autumn has arrived! Bring out the boots, the cozy sweaters and the copious amount of fall-themed Starbucks drinks we’re going to consume, because the best season is finally upon us. During this time of year, there are a number of festivities you can enjoy as we count down to Oct. 31. So grab your friends and loved ones and enjoy what this lovely season has to offer!
1. Oktoberfest Plant Riverside District
When? Sept. 25 through Oct. 31
Where? Plant Riverside District

With a blend of old and new traditions, Plant Riverside District will host Oktoberfest 2021, featuring free, family-friendly events every weekend from Saturday, Sept. 25 through Sunday, Oct. 31.
2. Visit a Pumpkin Patch
When? Open Friday and Saturday, 9 to 5 p.m.

Come to this family-owned farm and take your pick on the dozens of pumpkins and actives they have to offer. Including a hayride and a fall corn maze, this 700-acre farm has a country charm rich with fresh air and wholesome fun for all.
3. Haint Misbehavin’: Connect Savannah’s Biggest Halloween Party
When? Oct. 28, 7 to 10 p.m.
Where? Kehoe Iron Works at Trustees’ Garden

Savannah’s biggest Halloween party will feature music from local artists, food, and plenty of drinks! Don’t hold back on your costume because there WILL be a costume contest. Proceeds from a Buy Local Pumpkin Carving Contest will be used to provide meals for families this Thanksgiving.
4. Halloween at the Hive
When? Oct. 22, 6 to 9 p.m.

5. Potions & Motions Music and Arts Festival
When? Oct. 16 through 17, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Where? 409 Orchard Street
Our next event is set to be a frighteningly good time. Potions & Motions Music and Arts Festival will be a costume party for all ages. We hope to see everyone out in their favorite costumes for a day of fun, music, vendors, and art. Show us your moves on the dance floor, or take a stroll through our vendor village. The event will showcase regional DJs, flow artists, vendors and a food truck.
6. Take a Savannah Ghost Tour
When? Schedule a night tour on their website, ghostcitytours.com.

Whether it’s walking through a graveyard, riding the trolleys or sitting on the top of the hearse, there’s no better season than the Fall to take a ghost tour in downtown Savannah. As the most haunted city in the country, you’re bound to find some ghouls lurking around the town, especially during the spookiest month of all.
7. Picnic at the park
When? Any day!
Where? Forsyth Park
Last on the list, picnic at the park! If you’re looking for a more chill vibe than spending a beautiful autumn day at the park would be perfect for you and your friends. Grab some apple cider, some charcuterie goodies and a cozy blanket to get wrapped up in and breathe in the outdoors. Enjoy!
