Whether you love or despise Valentine’s Day, you deserve to enjoy the sweet and savory treats that the holiday has to offer. As Feb. 14 arrives, restaurants and coffee shops across Savannah have rolled out the love-inspired dishes and beverages. The city is known for its soulful comfort cuisine, making it the perfect place to indulge in fine dining. Both couples and singles can find the perfect spots to treat themselves this year.

First things first: coffee. Start your morning at Mirabelle, a cafe located across the street from the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. This cafe offers a wide selection of coffee and teas, including specialty drinks that are delightfully unique. For the month of February, Mirabelle is serving specials such as a ‘Bee’ Mine Latte and an English Rose Tea Latte, both of which are inspired by the love in the air. These specialty drinks pair best with their legendary waffles, which are revered by the community. Each waffle is perfectly crisp on the outside, moist on the inside and always coupled with delectable toppings. The ambiance is intensely romantic due to its beautiful decor and intimate space. This cafe is ideal for Valentine’s Day in every way.
