Industrial Design hosts popular ‘Hardcore Foamcore’
On Friday, April 15, the quarterly event “Hardcore Foamcore,” organized by the Industrial design and Furniture Design departments, once again saw twelve teams competing for the best creation. This quarter’s theme was to build a two-wheel vehicle and a sidecar and present it to rock music from the ’70s. Students have to create their bike with nothing but foamcore, cardboard, paper and other very simple materials. Many people attended the event and Gulfstream couldn’t hold all the spectators and their excitement for the teams.
