The math competency exam will be offered Friday, Sept. 19 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Eichberg Hall Room 104.
No reservations are accepted—walk in only. Calculators are permitted (cell phones cannot be used as calculators). Only first-year and sophomore students are eligible to take the Math Competency Exam.
Architecture students are not eligible to take the exam. Students do not receive academic credit for passing the exam. All students who elect to take the exam must earn a minimum score of 70 percent to be allowed to substitute an approved science course for their major’s math/science requirement.
