Steve Jobs, the co-founder and CEO of Apple, reportedly took a secret flight to receive cancer treatment in 2009. Based on what Fortune magazine learned from Apple’s director, Jerry York, Jobs received a special treatment not available in the U.S.
York insisted that the information be kept out of the press, but with York’s death in March 2010, the agreement of secrecy died with him. Jobs’ secret is no longer safe from the press, apparently.
