Polaroid has developed a digital replacement for the popular film-based model of the ’70s. The PoGo Instant Digital Camera contains a 5 megapixel camera and a printer inside its 4.7 by 3 inch tall frame. It takes about a minute to edit and print on the special 2 by 3 inch ZINK photo paper. The printer has no moving parts. Instead, it heats dye embedded in the Polaroid ZINK paper. The camera will go on sale in late March and costs $199.
