Sand Arts Festival 2013: The sands of time
The winners of the 2013 Sand Arts Festival were announced and the entirety of Tybee Island has been transformed. The beach hosted hundreds of artists, alumni, and interested onlookers, gathering inspiration from the droves of talented university students scattered along the beach.
