The second annual Savannah Food Truck festival unfolded in Daffin Park. This was the first festival after food trucks were legalized here in Savannah, in August 2016. The event offered guests a wide variety of foods, ranging from frozen desserts to South American sandwiches.
The family-friendly event included live music, shopping, games and fresh food prepared in the mobile restaurants from all over. Local favorites such as Leopold’s and 520 Wings were in attendance as well as some more distant restaurants such as AVILA, a Venezuelan restaurant from Charleston, South Carolina.
