“The Phantom Waltz” Masquerade showcases creative student costumes

This Saturday, SCAD brought an early Halloween celebration to students with its annual Masquerade Ball. This year, the theme was “The Phantom Waltz,” and students showed off their creative skills by arriving in impressive costumes of all kinds.
