Bryan Jones, 27, was struck by a car on Montgomery Street around 9 p.m. on July 4. Jones was pronounced dead at Memorial University Medical Center not long after the accident. Jones was struck by a 2010 Chevrolet Camero that was driven by Nicholas Thomas, 21, on the 3900 block of Montgomery Street.
