College Security Report: Nov. 11-13, 2008

Nov. 11

7:30 p.m.—Security was notified that there was a student at Gulfstream that was in an agitated state and may have taken some pills.  EMS, the on call manager, the on call couselor and security all responded to the scene. The student was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Nov. 12

6:57 p.m.—Security responded to an alarm activation at Evans Hall.  Security patrolled the building and reset the alarm.

7:04 p.m.—A student reported to security that someone had stolen her bicycle from Arnold Hall She stated that the bike was an old unregistered bike and that she did not wish to have police notified.

Nov. 13

7:07 a.m.—Security responded to an alarm activation at Barnard Village. Security determined it was a false alarm and no smoke was present.  Security silenced and reset the alarm.

9:10 p.m.— A student reported to security that someone had broken the right passenger side window of his Toyota Camry and had taken his CD player face plate, $5-$10 cash, his driver’s license and his registration. He stated that he had parked 6 p.m. in the lot at the corner of Barnard and Hull streets and went to Club SCAD. He noticed the theft when he returned to the vehicle at 9 p.m.  Police responded to the scene and generated a report.
