Savannah residents are returning home to survey the damage from Hurricane Matthew, which flooded much of the Georgia coast and caused widespread power outages. Senior film and animation major Jordan Studdard rode out the storm and was one of the first to share images from the hurricane’s impact. To date, the video has more than 80,000 views.
