It’s officially eclipse season! With Venus ruling both eclipses this month, we’re keeping finances and relationships at the top of our list.

Mars moves into Scorpio on October 12th, daring us to look deeper within the far corners of our psyche. Take a deep look into things you may need to work on, as the door for reinvention opens in only two days.

On October 14th we will see an eclipse in the sixth house, which calls us to look into how we can work on ourselves. What aspect of your life do you feel needs attention? If you’re not sure, Mercury is conjunct to this eclipse, so take a peek at your chart! The house in which mercury resided at your time of birth could inspire your self-improvement journey this month. On this same day, Mercury in the Fifth house is sextile with Jupiter in the Fourth house. You may experience a surge of motivation in your passions. Mercury and the eclipse inhabit Libra, urging us to socialize, so as you focus on your self-improvement, consider how the people around you have an impact on your focus. If you’re feeling inspired to work on your artwork, try building a community with your peers.

While Mercury is in Libra for the first half of the month, we begin to build the foundation of meaningful friendships. For already existing relationships, maintain compassionate and civil communication during this time. With Mercury opposing Neptune during the first bit of the month, communication can be tricky and misunderstandings can be common. Venus in Virgo implores us to encourage and support others. Establish peace and surround yourself with the people who uplift you. On October 22nd, when Mercury moves into Scorpio, we delve deeper into meaningful conversation with these friends. Let’s get profound!

Scorpio season starts on October 26th, further urging us to dig deep to better ourselves and others. Try to stay on track and avoid the gossip that is bound to come in the month of the Scorpion. We want to uplift our community and dive deep together, not dig up dirt on others to uplift ourselves.

We wrap up the month with a lunar eclipse in Taurus, keeping us grounded. While we dive head first into Scorpio season, our Taurus moon will provide stability and remind us that harmony is possible.
