Looking for fun things to do with your friends? What about watching a soccer game at the SCAD athletics complex, or supporting the Bees at a bowling match? For most of SCAD’s eleven athletic teams, the fall season is in full swing. It’s time to come out and see them in action!

Women’s Soccer
SCAD’s women’s soccer team is currently ranked 7th in the nation. And the best news: The Bees will have plenty of home events in the upcoming weeks as they head into nationals at the end of November. Their next home event is on Saturday, October 7 at 11 a.m. Come watch the Bees play against Warner University and compete in the outfit competition during halftime. The winner of the outfit contest will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Also, transportation has never been easier, with shuttles running from all residence halls.

Men’s Soccer
While the women’s soccer team is competing in Savannah this weekend, the men’s soccer team is competing in Florida this weekend. However, they will have home events this quarter, playing against Keiser University on October 11 and Ave Maria on October 14. Get ready for food trucks and spirit day on October 14!

Men’s and Women’s Swimming
SCAD’s swimming teams are kicking off their season in Statesboro, Georgia, this weekend. If you’re a swimming fan and want to support the Bees, come out to Statesboro to watch them compete. The swimming team’s next home meet is on November 30 through December 2.

Men’s and Women’s Bowling Fall Schedule
The men’s and women’s bowling teams are kicking off their season at the SCAD Shootout in Savannah. Come out to Bowlero Savannah on October 14 and 15 to celebrate with them after every strike. At the end of October and the beginning of November, the men’s bowling team will play in Smyrna, Tennessee, and Marietta, Georgia.

Women’s Golf Fall Schedule
On October 6, the women’s golf team is playing at the Club at Savannah Harbor. Bring some friends and come out to cheer them on! SCAD’s women’s golf team will also compete at Saint Leo University and Southeastern University in October.

Men’s and Women’s Cycling
SCAD’s men’s and women’s cycling team is heading to collegiate mountain bike nationals in Zirconia, North Carolina, next week. Wish them luck as they compete in cross-country, short track, dual slalom and downhill mountain biking events.
Men’s and Women’s Cross Country
The cross-country is competing at the Royals Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina, this weekend. The Bees will race the Appalachian Challenge in Knoxville, Tennessee, before going into conference at the beginning of November. NAIA cross-country nationals will be held in Vancouver, Washington, at the end of the quarter. Fingers crossed!
Men’s Golf
The men’s golf team is competing at the Barton College Fall Invitational in mid-October, as well as the Southeastern Fall Invitational at the end of the month.
Men’s and Women’s Tennis
SCAD’s men’s and women’s tennis teams are playing at the ITA Cup in Rome, Georgia, on October 12 through 15. The men’s tennis team will also be playing at the Varner Memorial Florida Cup in Winter Park, Florida at the end of October.
