SCAD Radio up for national award

The Collegiate Broadcasters, Inc. has announced that SCAD Radio and SCAD-Atlanta Radio are national finalists in the 2009 CBI National Student Production Awards.

SCAD Radio is nominated for Best Technical Production for “Terra Novus Episode One.” SCAD-Atlanta Radio is nominated for Best Promo for “SCAD-Atlanta Radio Commercial.”

Winners will be announced at the National College Media convention held Oct. 29-Nov. 1 in Austin, Texas.
