Pink Hero Run 5K
St. Joseph’s/Candler invites participants to run in honor of brave breast cancer patients and survivors or for whoever their own heroes are. Proceeds will help any woman in need of a mammogram whose insurance will not cover the screening by supporting the Telfair Mammography Fund.

Sustainativity’s Fourth Annual Mattress Dash
Sustainativity works at providing new energy-efficient appliances and solar panels for the Park Place Youth Emergency Shelter. Team up with your four best pals, suit up, and get ready to race! Each team builds a racing frame capable of holding a single twin mattress and a single rider while the other four team members push the vehicle 150m across the south end of Forsyth Park. Prizes will be awarded for Fastest Team, Greenest Racing Frame, Judge’s Choice, and People’s Choice.

Glow the Mall Pink Midnight Madness 5K
This high-energy run supporting local Breast Cancer support charities starts at 11:55 p.m., five minutes before the Oglethorpe Mall enters a virtual pink out. Run across 3.1 miles of pink carpet through nonstop entertainment and a virtual pink out, complete with pink lights, special effects, and pink glow necklaces. After the race, stick around for more entertainment and food at the post party.

The Reaper Run
The Savannah Arts Academy Theatre Guild invites you to don your most creative costume and join them for a run around the picturesque Lake Mayer Park. Proceeds will benefit the Savannah Arts Academy Theatre Department, funding set construction and costume design for their performances.

Run for the Homeless
Support the Savannah Inner City Night Shelter by participating in the fourth annual run across Hutchinson Island. Proceeds from the event will provide counseling, job training, medical referrals, and other self-sufficiency promotional services to Savannah’s homeless community.

Trick or Trot 5K
The Islands YMCA hosts the nineteenth annual Trick or Trot 5K on their trail across Whitemarsh Island. This year’s event will raise funds for the Savannah Sunrise Rotary Club’s supported charities and the Georgia Rotary Scholarship Program, which provides scholarships for international students at Georgia colleges.
