On Jan. 19, three men, Daniel Izzo, Alex Cowart and John Adams, were indicted for murdering SCAD student Sean Giroir. On Oct.28, Giroir was killed during an attempted armed robbery. Izzo, Cowart and Adams have been charged with felony homicide.
As of now, the defendants remain in custody without bail at the Chatham County Jail.
