The Savannah Metropolitan Police Department apprehended Patrick Jerome Green yesterday afternoon at the corner of Bay and Fahm Streets. Green was arrested after being chased by car and by foot down Bay street from Kane Street.
Green was taken into custody after hitting a parked vehicle and a marked police car. According to a press release by the SCMPD Green was arrested for “armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana less than 1 oz., fleeing to elude police, reckless driving and driving with a suspended or revoked license.”
Arraignment is expected on Sept. 30th.
